AMBRA S.A. produces wines beginning from process of fermentation driven in reservoirs from acid proof steel. Wine is subjected to row of interventions: rotations, stabilization, filtration. The correction of the physicochemical parameters is also possible. Process of production ends with overflow. There are two fuelling lines in AMBRA S.A. On both overflow of wine is driven with the method "on warm", what guarantees maintenance of all values gustatory and of aromas produced in process of ripening. To remove all dangerous for product micro organisms, wine goes through a few grades of filtration. Water used for rinsing of bottles and technological air also go thought filtration. Over quality of production is vigilant superbly equipped microbiological laboratory.
